Sturgeon Park

This 1.71 acre neighborhood park in the spring of each year can see thousands of visitors per day. The unique experience that many come to see is the annual Lake Sturgeon Spawn. If timing it right one can see hundreds of the prehistoric fish all in view simultaneously. The park offers a Gazebo that can be rented, asphalt walking and biking trails that connect to other local parks, while also being adjacent to the Mountain Bay State Trail. An old rail corridor that will take one to Green Bay or Wausau.. just depends which direction you begin to walk. The park also offers an ADA accessible fishing pier that is popular for those who wish to wet there line.
